What Sarabia did made me like him so much more and made me dislike our board even more. The player's attitudes towards the coaching staff and toward the sport in general was psychologically created by the board. The board hiring Valverde and his pragmatism affected our players UNTIL THIS DAY. I don't blame the players, I blame the board. Put yourself in the players positions and try to live through Valverde's "laid back" way of going about things and you will understand exactly what I'm talking about.
