Happy new year good people. Nice to have us all around this year 2025. Just like the famous quote of Norman Vincent Peale which forms the basis of this week's community contest which says “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.” It is therefore a call to action for us to strive to make a difference in our lives, despite all odds.
Thus said, one may ask as it relates to the topic under discourse:
*What are the 3 crazy goals you would like to achieve this year?
*Why would you want to achieve those goals?
*How would you feel if you were able to achieve those goals?
There are many goals I would like to achieve here on the hive blockchain. But for the purposes of this discourse I will limit it to three, they are
A. To increase my HP and Become a Dolphin 🐬
Presently and based on the hive blockchain status ranking I am a minnow and my HP stands at 966. To be a minnow you must have a HP that is >= ~574HP. Mine however is more than that but fall short of my target which is to become a dolphin 🐬.
Now, for me to reach the dolphin 🐬 status I need to amass a HP of about >= ~5738HP. That's a far cry of my present 966HP. Mathematically, I need a difference of about 4772HP to hit the dolphin 🐬 status!
That is one of my crazy hive goals of the year. Is it attainable? Why not! With dedication and courage, well it can be done as I am already shooting for the moon as advised by Norman Vincent Peale.
B. To increase my daily postings and engagement:
I know I have been a regular user of the hive blockchain. However, I know that I missed publishing on daily basis in the past year. I also missed curation for some days. Well, that's not unexpected considering how tasking real.life activities are. One may feel weak and requires rest after an exhausting day. Hive suffers for it. However, this year, although I missed some already during the yuletide, I intend to be more regular with publishing and curation too.
C. To participate more in community contest:
I know I was among the early users that post regularly and participate often when the QC Community debuted. However, things changed along the line, work interfered. I reduced my participation in the QC Community. Now, as I have already started this year, I intend to be more regular here and participate in all the activities. This is also achievable, hopefully.
Now, to the main deal, how will I feel if I am able to achieve the above goals? Well, I will feel like a superhuman!!! I'll feel accomplished because attaining those goals are no.mean feat. But like I said earlier, those are my crazy goals I would love to achieve this year.
