Everybody existing in this world has something or some feature that always attracts hislher the most, distractions are not just things or activities that are invalid, they are invalid at the moment so they can be valid but at some other point for instance a guy could get distracted by the beauty of a lady but at that moment he has an assignment to carry on, at that point the beauty of whoever it is doesn't matter because it can alter the results of that assignment, now that's what we call DISTRACTIONS, hope you get the gist.
I've found out that things distracts us the most are tired to what we are a fan of, if I'm a big fan of football then most things about football would frequently be my distractions, it's very important that we understand these things are work towards overcoming them.
Three Things That Distracts Me The Most.
Movies; I so much hate being unentertained for a long time it doesn't feel good for me so I employ the strategy of watching movies, but the problem is that I could be watching a movie that involves different series and then get distracted because I wouldn't want to miss any episode, so watching movies are awesome but at some point I need to employ discipline so that I would do the necessary.
Flashy things: now it's noya problem to like flashy things but when they become distractions that's where the problem is, trust me I'm a lover of flashy things but not as if I'm obsessed by then don't get me wrong pls, I always wanted to be a very Wealthy person with lots stufs like that but I latter realized that it could be a distraction so I reduce my thoughts towards it.
The highest form of distraction is when I became the distraction, I realized that I could distract myself from doing the necessary thing at the moment it's also called self deception because it can only happen when I refuse to accept the truth.
The one way I use to overcome distractions
The most popular method used to overcome most distractions us to employ DISCIPLINE , it's the most effective method I'm sure of, self discipline goes a long way in helping us overcome distractions, most times we are distracted because we are carried away but with discipline we can get to focus on what is right.
