I planned to fry it but someone told me to avoid using oil all the time like frying. It is better to try air frying. Yes we have air fryer but I cooked it in ordinary way. I marinated it first and put all necessary ingredient or spices. After 10 minutes I just put it in the frying pan without any oil. Open the fire in a very low heat and cover the pan. Let the water of the chicken cook itself. This is the simplest way of cooking chicken totally without oil. This is good for our health and those who already have weak immune system. We need to avoid using oil and try olive or sesame oil for cooking.
The taste is like a chicken with curry spices. Adobo is the best recipe but I try this experimentation how to cook without oil at all.
