Yucca filamentosa.
One of the most favorite flowers in my yard is the Yucca.
Although I love all flowers.
But the Yucca has a special place in my heart.
The Yucca is a delicate flower. It does not like rough removal of leaves during the pruning season. The flower does not need to be cut off completely. Only the yellowed leaves need to be cut off.
Green leaves do not need to be cut off. The bush stays green even in winter, in frost. I like that when other flowers stop growing in winter, the Yucca continues to turn green.
The Yucca blooms with large flowers. Flowers are white with a green tint. I have many Yucca bushes.
The bush grows quite large. The bush throws out a high arrow, the arrows with flowers are higher than me. If you plant a lot of this flower, then you can walk around the flowers like in a forest) only in bloom.
The Yucca loves watering. Also, fertilizer for better flowering. Yucca suppresses the weeds around it with its bush, but where there is a weed, it needs to be weeded or pulled out. The weed spoils the view. But it does not pose a big threat to the flower. The weed not only spoils the view, but also takes away useful properties from the soil, for example, it takes away some of the fertilizer, some of the irrigation water, etc. Therefore, it is better to remove the weed.
Such a beautiful Yucca this year. I really like it.
