Not Expected
Last night wasn't good because of the typhoon which hit the western part of our province. That area was actually placed under Signal No. 4 which is really dangerous. It's not that expected because the weather forecast about the typhoon was only declared last Wednesday. Who would've expected such devastation? It might have been even downplayed due to the announcement quite late. My friend who's living in the hard hit areas told me about a lot of roofs flown away, as well as trees uprooted, and electric poles collapsed. Yes, the winds are too strong there last night.
Friday
Weather is better, but the flood remains the same. In the city, flood has gone deeper. We haven't had that much of rains but the water is probably coming from the mountains. We're hoping for better weather tomorrow. Meanwhile, I struggled sleeping last night because I can hear the strong winds. Our town was placed under Signal No. 3. That's why I can't be complacent.
Fourth Day
It's already the fourth day, and the flood remained deep. We're not expecting it to be dry the soonest. Giving it two or three days if it won't rain.
