Rainy season is such a hassle especially when there's a construction of roads. Wondering why it isn't finished though. This road was close to my family's place. It was stopped for years, and got a heads up to resume. Some people are saying it was due to the recent elections. Yes, there are projects before elections, and when it was over, the construction may be halted. Too bad, and it's a sad truth.
As we went to this area of our village, we decided to leave. It's not just dirty for the vehicles, and might even got us the dirt. It can also be a problem if our wheels will be stuck on the mud. All I can hope is the road will be finished, and the construction of bridge to the main city will get done too.
