เป็นอย่างไรกันบ้างคะ สบายดีกันนะคะทุกคน
วันนี้ฉันมาชวนเพื่อนๆ ทำเมนูอาหารทานมื้อเย็นทานกันค่ะ วันนี้เป็นเมนูแกงส้มหมูผักรวมค่ะ เพื่อนๆชอบทานกันไหมคะ
เมื่อเปิดตู้เย็น ตู้เย็นเหมือนจะว่างเปล่าเลยค่ะเพราะกับข้าวที่ซื้อมาตุนไว้ ใกล้หมดแล้วค่ะ ก็ทำการรื้อตู้เย็นเลยค่ะมีอะไรก็เอามาดีไซน์คิดเอาว่าจะทำเมนูอะไรดี
ก็ถือว่าได้เคลียร์ตู้เย็นไปในตัวค่ะ ในตู้เย็นมีหมูกับผักนิดหน่อยแต่ ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ ฉันสามารถทำ วัตถุดิบเหล่านี้ให้อร่อยได้อย่างรวดเร็ว รวมถึงหน้ารับประทานด้วยค่ะ ว่าแล้วก็จัดการจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบ เพื่อนๆอย่าเพิ่งเบื่อกันนะคะ ทุกวันนี้ฉันไม่ได้ทำงาน กลับมาดูคุณแม่ และใช้ชีวิตอยู่ที่บ้านสวน เขียนบทความ แต่ฉันยังรักในการทำอาหารค่ะ ฉันชอบทำอาหารมากๆ มันดูท้าทายและมันเหมือนงานศิลปะ ได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และได้ทดลองสิ่งใหม่ๆอยู่ตลอดเวลา
แกงส้มหมูใส่ผักรวม ได้เมนูสุขภาพที่อิ่มอร่อยแบบครบรสนะคะ แค่คิดก็หิวแล้วค่ะ ถ้าเพื่อนๆพร้อมกันแล้วเราไปตะลุยเมนูนี้กันเลยค่ะ
ผักที่นำมาใส่แกงก็มีส่วนช่วย สร้างสีสัน ให้กลับเมนูนี้ดูน่าทานยิ่งขึ้น
วัตถุดิบและส่วนผสม
• ผักรวม 200 กรัม ถั่วฝักยาว /ผักกวางตุ้ง /กะหล่ำปลี
• พริกแกงส้ม 58 กรัม
• กะปิ 1 ช้อนชา
• น้ำสะอาด 500 กรัม
เครื่องปรุงรสชาติ
• เครื่อง 1/2 ช้อนชา
• น้ำตาลทราย 1 ช้อนชา
• มะนาว 2 ลูก
• ผงปรุงรส 1 ช้อนชา
•ผงปรุงรส 1 ช้อนชา
• มาเริ่มจัดเตรียมของกันเลยค่ะ เริ่มจากการนำเนื้อหมูล้างให้สะอาดจากนั้นก็นำไปหั่น วันนี้เนื้อหมูแช่ห้องฟรีซไว้ค่ะ จากนั้นนำออกมาหมูสีสันไม่ค่อยสวยเนื่องจากแช่น้ำเพื่อให้ละลายค่ะ
• นำผักรวมทั้งหมด ผักกวางตุ้งแตงกวาและกะหล่ำปลีไปล้างให้สะอาดค่ะ ถ้าให้สะอาดสุดๆ คือล้างกับน้ำเกลือหรือเบกกิ้งโซดาค่ะ จากนั้นก็ล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาด
จัดเตรียมมะนาวและเครื่องปรุงอื่นๆจัดเรียงไว้ค่ะ เพื่อให้ความสะดวกในเวลาเราทำอาหาร
แม่หมูล้างให้สะอาดจ้างั้นก็นำมาหั่นเป็นชิ้นบางๆพักไว้ค่ะ
วิธีทำง่ายอร่อยครบรส 😋😍
##วิธีทำ
นำภาชนะขึ้นบนเตาไฟจากนั้นเติมน้ำสะอาดลงไป เราจนน้ำเดือดใส่เครื่องแกงและกะปิที่จัดเตรียมไว้ลงไป รอจนเครื่องแกงและกะปิ เดือดจนละลายเท่ากัน หรือใช้ทัพพีคนให้ทุกอย่างเข้ากันก็ได้ค่ะ และอย่าลืมที่จะปล่อยให้น้ำแกงเดือด
เมื่อได้น้ำแกงที่เดือนและหอม กลิ่นเครื่องแกง
จากนั้นนำเนื้อหมูใส่ลงไปค่ะ ต้มจนหมูสุกและเปลือย
จากนั้นปรุงรสชาติด้วย เกลือ/น้ำตาล /น้ำปลา
น้ำมะนาว
จากนั้นนำผักใส่ลงไปค่ะ ทยอยใส่จนหมดนะคะใช้ทัพพีกดผักให้จม กับน้ำแกงจากน้ำแกง ปล่อยให้เดือดอีกครั้ง
อีกครั้ง จากนั้นกินรสชาติตามที่ต้องการเลยค่ะ
เสร็จเรียบร้อยค่ะปิดเตา เป็นของอย่างไรกันบ้างคะคุณเป็นเพื่อน กับเมนูนี้ "แกงส้มผักรวม" เป็นเมนูที่ เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ของภาคใต้ ที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวด้วยความเผ็ดร้อนและสีสันที่สวยงาม ทำให้เมนูนี้เป็น เมนูที่นิยมทานกันค่ะเยอะทางปักษ์ใต้
