One of the songs that has become popular, even when it was another feeling goes like this: "Manzanares River let me pass that my sick mother sent me to call". Others like: "Manzanares, Manzanares pon tu corriente pa'un lao, en tus aguas cristalinas no quiero morir ahogao".
