Today I will share with you a new crypto adoption experience, only this time it happened in the capital of our country, Caracas, host city of the Caracas Blockchain Week 2023 event. When the ticket to attend the second edition of the CBW23 arrived to my mail I was very excited, now the task was focused on finding a place to stay during the days of the event.
My partner Wendy managed to arrange with a relative our stay in Caracas, so we were very happy, we only had to wait for the day to buy the ticket (one day before the trip) to embark on this wonderful adventure. Unfortunately, close to the date, Wendy's relative had a problem and we were in trouble. Then came the good news, a hiver friend of my partner gave us the option of a house in the Antímano sector, 8 blocks from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), where the CBW23 would take place, right there other hivers would be staying, even, we were happy to know that the girl who offered us accommodation for that weekend is a user of the platform and also had her ticket, her user is @darkfemme.
After chatting with her and agreeing on the amount, I asked her about the payment methods, she immediately mentioned several methods, among them, HIVE and HBD. I was so excited to know that, at first when they had told us 20$ I started to think about the change of my tokens to VES, the commission and everything that involves the use of exchanges, however, paying with HBD is another thing, the truth I was very happy, I would only have to transfer 20 HBD from my wallet and that's it. The payment was made the last night of our stay at @darkfemme's house, a very nice girl, who guided us at all times and was always very helpful. Along with us stayed @frankches, moderator of Hispabro, @karelysk89 and the Hive Run Monagas, @enovf and @graciliano. They were just a few days, but they were wonderful, sharing as a big family, besides attending a great event like CBW23. As always it was a pleasure to share another experience in Hive Sucre.

Saludos estimados amigos, bienvenidos a mi blog.
Hoy les compartiré una nueva experiencia de adopción cripto, solo que esta vez sucedió en la capital de nuestro país, Caracas, ciudad sede del evento Caracas Blockchain Week 2023. Cuando la entrada para asistir a la segunda edición del CBW23 llegó a mi correo me sentí muy emocionada, ahora la tarea estaba concentrada en buscar un lugar donde alojarme durante los días de la jornada.
Mi compañera Wendy logró concretar con un familiar nuestra estadía en Caracas, así que muy contentas solo debíamos esperar el día para comprar el pasaje (un día antes del viaje) para embarcarnos en esta maravillosa aventura. Lamentablemente, cerca de la fecha se le presentó un inconveniente al familiar de Wendy y nos vimos en aprietos. Luego, llegó la buena noticia, una hiver amiga de mi compañera nos dio la opción de una casa en el sector de Antímano, a 8 cuadras de la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), sede donde se llevaría a cabo el CBW23, justo allí se hospedarían otros hivers, incluso, nos alegró saber que la chica que nos ofreció hospedaje para ese fin de semana es usuaria de la plataforma y también tenía su entrada, su usuario es @darkfemme.
Luego de conversar con ella y acordar el monto, le pregunté las formas de pago, enseguida me mencionó varios métodos, entre ellos, HIVE y HBD. Que emoción sentí al saber eso, en principio cuando nos habían dicho 20$ me puse a pensar en el cambio de mis tokens a VES, la comisión y todo lo que implica el uso de exchanges, no obstante, pagar con HBD es otra cosa, la verdad me sentí muy feliz, solo tendría que transferir 20 HBD desde mi monedero y listo. El pago fue realizado la última noche de nuestra estadía en la casa de @darkfemme, una chica muy amable, que nos guió en todo momento y siempre fue muy servicial. Junto a nosotros se hospedaron @frankches, moderador de Hispabro, @karelysk89 y del Hive Run Monagas, @enovf y @graciliano. Fueron pocos días, pero eso sí, maravillosos, compartiendo como una gran familia, además de asistir a un gran evento como lo fue el CBW23. Como siempre fue un gusto compartir otra experiencia en Hive Sucre.
