Conociendo a mafalda 👩 con amigos en el matadero de Madrid

Hola amigos de hive por aquí stefy compartiendoles un poco de esta linda experiencia que tuve algunos meses pues hace meses fui a ver una escultura que está cerca del matadero por Legazpi que si estaba enterada que estaba allí más no había tenido el tiempo para poder pasarla a ver pues se trata nada más y nada menos de la escultura de Mafalda que viajó desde Argentina para España solamente para quedarse allí sentado

Hello friends of hive, Stefy here sharing with you a little bit of this lovely experience I had a few months ago. Months ago I went to see a sculpture that is near the slaughterhouse on Legazpi. I knew it was there but I hadn't had the time to go see it. It is none other than the sculpture of Mafalda that traveled from Argentina to Spain just to sit there.

Les cuento un poco yo antes vivía por Legazpi malas experiencias no tanto en la zona sino con la persona con la que vivía la zona me encanta porque la zona es muy céntrica y hay muchas cosas alrededor tengo el centro a 10 minutos y estaba un poco mejor pero por malas experiencias con personas que tuve ahí donde estaba viviendo tuve que irme hacia la zona sur y conocer un poco más de lo que es la zona sur de Madrid pero en este caso estoy hablando sobre que allí mismo hay una biblioteca hay un centro cultural

I'll tell you a little bit, I used to live in Legazpi, I had bad experiences, not so much in the area itself but with the person I lived with. I love the area because it's very central and there are many things around. I have the center 10 minutes away and it was a little better, but because of bad experiences with people I had where I was living, I had to go to the southern area and get to know a little more about the southern area of Madrid, but in this case I'm talking about the fact that there is a library there, there is a cultural center.

Y este centro cultural es el matadero el matadero eh hacen obras de teatro hay una biblioteca hay gente que estudia allí es un poco de todo y yo viví en frente del matadero entonces nunca había ido para allá y cuando fui me puse a dar muchas vueltas y en eso recordé que había visto un vídeo por TikTok de una Influencer que había dicho que habían traído la estatua de Mafalda directamente de argentina se montó un avión le tomaron muchas fotos fue muy cómico y luego la colocaron allí

And this cultural center is the slaughterhouse, the slaughterhouse, eh, they do plays, there's a library, there are people who study there, it's a bit of everything, and I lived in front of the slaughterhouse, so I had never been there, and when I went, I started walking around a lot, and then I remembered that I had seen a video on TikTok from an influencer who had said that they had brought the statue of Mafalda directly from Argentina, they got on a plane, they took a lot of photos, it was very funny, and then they placed it there.

En este caso fui con mi esposo y con mi amigo Will que no sé que estábamos haciendo creo que estábamos paseando por el centro y de allí pasamos por el matadero y nos tomamos algunas fotos con la estatua estuvo muy chévere ya que pudimos recorrer pudimos hacer un poco de vida y bueno también compartir un rato

In this case I went with my husband and my friend Will, I don't know what we were doing, I think we were walking around the center and from there we went by the slaughterhouse and we took some pictures with the statue, it was really cool since we were able to walk around, we were able to do a little bit of life and well, also share some time.

Es muy chistoso porque Mafalda está ahí sentadita y claro al verla solo me recuerda es a Charlie Brown a las historietas que vendían en los kioscos ah bueno muchas cosas de la infancia que más que todos son de infancia de personas que son mucho más mayores que yo pero yo sí puedo vivir un poco de esa época viendo un poco de Mafalda leyendo un poco de Mafalda y viendo un poco también sobre Charlie Brown

It's very funny because Mafalda is sitting there and of course when I see her she only reminds me of Charlie Brown, of the comics they sold at the newsstands. Oh well, many things from my childhood, which are mostly from the childhood of people who are much older than me, but I can live a little bit of that time, watching a little bit of Mafalda, reading a little bit of Mafalda and also watching a little bit about Charlie Brown.

Creo que había llovido ese día no me parece extraño porque el clima de Madrid es un clima demasiado bipolar y es un clima que bueno es un poco heavy pero de lo contrario estuvo bien la visita porque sí vimos un poco más de las cosas que hay en Madrid y recorrimos un poco el matadero como les dije nunca había ido o sea vivía enfrente y nunca había ido también como el Planetario o sea tenía el Planetario al lado y tampoco nunca he ido para el Planetario esa es una de las cosas que también quiero hacer aquí en Madrid por esa zona

I think it had rained that day, which doesn't seem strange to me because Madrid's climate is very bipolar and it's a climate that, well, is a bit heavy, but otherwise the visit was good because we did see a bit more of the things that there are in Madrid and we toured the slaughterhouse a bit, as I told you, I had never been, I mean, I lived across the street and I had never been, also like the Planetarium, I mean, it had the Planetarium next door and I've never been to the Planetarium either, that's one of the things that I also want to do here in Madrid in that area.

Como pueden ver los edificios que tiene adentro el matadero la zona el conjunto son edificios de ladrillo que parecen como casquitos históricos casquitos antiguos como esas estructuras de hace más de cincuenta años y a pesar de eso la tiene muy conservada me gusta mucho el ambiente y tiene mucho para caminar y hacer

As you can see, the buildings inside the slaughterhouse, the area as a whole, are made of brick buildings that look like historic old buildings, like those structures from more than fifty years ago, and despite that, it is very well preserved. I really like the atmosphere and there is a lot to walk and do.

Me sentía como una niña viendo a Mafalda y sentadita y tratándome de tomar todas las fotos posibles con ella fue demasiado divertido y gracioso pero si me gustó la experiencia y más que eso esté allí porque eso es un icono a nivel mundial y tiene muchas conciencias en sus historias para poder leer y ver un poco sobre la realidad porque en sus historias hablamos un poco sobre las realidades que pasan en el mundo y claro una de las aventuras que tienen Charlie Brown con sus amigos

I felt like a little girl watching Mafalda and sitting down and trying to take as many photos as possible with her, it was too fun and funny, but I did like the experience and even more than being there because she is a worldwide icon and has a lot of awareness in her stories to be able to read and see a little about reality because in her stories we talk a little about the realities that happen in the world and of course one of the adventures that Charlie Brown has with his friends.

Y bueno me da cosita a verla iggi solita hubieran sido fino que hubieran por lo menos traído también a Charlie Brown a Snoopy y los hubieran sentados a todos ahí y bueno así es eso de verdad me pareció súper lindo supercuchi y espero que les haya gustado la foto

And well, it makes me feel a little bit weird to see Iggi alone. It would have been nice if they had at least brought Charlie Brown and Snoopy too and had them all sit there. And well, that's how it is. I really thought it was super cute, super cute. And I hope you liked the photo.
