(The lore section of splinterlands which gives you detail on the monsters - adds to the fun)
There are a lot of doubts new players will have when starting out on the Splinterlands game. So, if you are new and do not know what is going on and how to play the game without losing too many matches, then please read this picture post so that you will get an idea on how to use cards, where to buy it and how to level it up.
Card stats and details
So, you are not sure where to look for cards and details. Simple. Just go over to ingame and click the cards tab which is sandwiched between the market and battles tabs.
Click a card and you will be taken to a page that displays details and stats.
The card stats can be seen on the Splinterlands in game from the card section.
As you can see, I have taken the Serpentine spy as a sample.
400 cards are needed to max it as they say. It is an opportunity card and worth leveling up and also gets the poison ability.
Purchasing cards for cheap
Use the monstermarket for purchasing cards for cheap. You will get instant cashback too which you can use to buy more cards.
As seen below, select a particular card and you can see the cards that are listed for sale.
Click the cards that you want to use to level up and according to the budget.
Here, you can see the cart where the selected cards appear and the amount you have to pay is also clearly written which makes it easy to buy without any calculations on your part.
