Congratulations to the 2 winners of last weeks #EPL-ScoreChallenge - @praz735u5 AND @alovely. They selected 1) Draw as the match out come.
It was Leeds United first home game with a packed stadium since their promotion to the Premier League It was a sight to see and the noise was deafening even though I live on the other side of the world.
The game ended up being a draw, both teams scoring 2 goals. The match was very entertaining to watch and it was very open. When Leeds United scored, the stadium erupted, sending goosebumps down my back. The first goal by Leeds was on the side where all Leeds supporters were, equivalent to the KOP (Anfield), lets just say I had to put the volume down on my TV.
Leeds United gifted Everton 2 soft goals in my opinion - first goal, Cooper man handled Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the box and it was given as a penalty. And the 2nd goal Leeds didn't close down Demarai Gray and he was allowed to pull a weak shot. The goal keeper was blindsided and was slow to react as the ball just got passed his out stretched hand.
