The CTP token is of major importance for the CTPSB project because we pay our dividends in this token. In this context, we always try to have a look at it's tokenomics and see how the token is performing.
Burn rate of 2.6%
As of today, there is a supply of 4'889'548 CTP tokens. 2.6% of these tokens are burnt and 97.4% of these tokens are in circulation.
Staking rate of 89.8%
CTP has always had a relatively big staking rate. This is still true since 89.8% of the circulating supply is staked and only 10.2% of the tokens are in liquid form.
Supply growth of 29%
Every 100 blocks, 13.7 new CTP tokens are minted by the blockchain. This represents 3988 tokens per day. 85% of these tokens are issued to posts and 15% are minted by the CTPM miners.
Nicely distributed token
A total of 3909 different hive accounts own at least 1 CTP token. The biggest stake wielders are the following accounts:

Price evolution of the token
Compaired with other Hive Engine tokens, the CTP token is managing quite well to keep it's value in relation to hive.
Conclusion
For several years, the token has been able to keep a similar staking rate close to 90%. With the requirements for CTP tokens for the listnerds website, a new use case has been added which managed to keep the staking rate very high. When people stake their tokens on listnerds, they are actually staked on the @listnerds account which is actively upvoting content. Today, close to 17% of all staked tokens are on listnerds!
The supply growth rate of around 29% is still interesting and not too high at the same time. It offers a nice growth perspective for investors and stakers.
Future outlook
If Listnerds continues to grow, the demand for CTP tokens will grow with it. This will lead to a solid demand for the token on the market. I believe that the token has a lot speaking for a stable price in the coming months.
