I will not go into too much detail on this post. The diagram does contain a lot of information that should give you the direction and area of interest for the project at this time.
Business Growth - If you are looking at this post you may or may not be a member of #CTPX You should be. I decided to try it less than a month ago and I am still waiting for some growing pain. So far it has been easy to use, I have been getting positive reviews from Xplorers, some not so positive which is also valuable. More valuable than the ones that are a cut/paste of your own presented content. No big deal but entertaining just the same. Sometimes I wonder how much time one thinks before they share. C'est la vie . lol So yeah, Project ePayTraffic is changing to meet the demand in blockchain ecosystem. That does not mean the web2 work initiatives will end. There is a large market of potential revenue within the existing lfmte world.
Communication - Currently available methods include using Google Site, skype, tawk, ePayTraffic Chat, admin email and AskAdmin form. Being able to reach the owner is not a problem, however, communication involves much more. Everyone learns differently. There will be consolidation and enhancements introduced to better communicate, more importantly, educate the world about the deliverables from ePayTraffic and our new traffic exchange community.
Engagement - By using the Member Quality Scorecard (MQS), still in development, members will have access to data that help understand the likelihood of generating a cash flow and building a long lasting business relationship.
Quality Standard - Defining, reviewing and authoring foundational material and knowledge will not only help the internal operation of Project ePayTraffic but provide a service to anyone wanting to increse their success with an online business. Our new traffic exchange community will be a significant stakeholder.
Service Level Agreement - The best way to build trust is to deliver what you said you would deliver. SLA's are more than strategic targets; they define the expected deliverables and state any conditions that may or may not apply to the provider or customer.
In our traffic exchange community I will expand on the above content as it applies specifically to current operation of Project ePayTraffic and what is being done to prepare for a future in the token economy. My expectation is to see more people join the new traffic exchange community on hive. The more we know from all stakeholders the greater the success for improvement in whatever area we choose.
