In 2018, I made quite the journey...
Going to Poland was something I never thought in a million years I'd do, but here was Steemfest....Taking part in Krakow.
I had to be there, and I made sure it became a reality.
Arguably one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I loved it!
Fast for to today and here we are for HiveFest!
This year @roelandp decided to take this conference 'online' like never before and built it to be hosted on AltSpaceVR....
A virtual reality world that has captured the imagination of many on the blockchain.
I decided to use their 2D option and download the software on my MAC....And apparently, that's an issue LOL
Hindsight is 20-20 but I should have bought some VR goggles! Or maybe even a PC LOL

MAC's for all their awesomeness, just don't seem to be built for the VR environment.
Which sucks because...I wanna get my badges LOL
Speaking of which....
(I hope @hivebuzz credits us even though....I can't find the computer to check in LOL)
I've heard everything is seamless inside the VR environment and for the 2D attendees on PC's...But us MAC fan boys seem to be out of luck.
I'll give it another try tomorrow, and really enjoy the live streams being hosted by @threespeak
Loved hearing about the recurring subscription potential that @howo talked about, and always love the Keychain and @splinterlands news!
I love this VR experiment, but also hope next year we can get back to meeting in person....There's nothing quite like a @roelandp event :)
Even though this isn't really tailored for a MAC user, I think this is absolutely BRILLIANT and I salute the entire Hivefest team for creating this amazing event....Looking forward to meeting everyone over the weekend :)
