Staking CTP to verify Listnerds emails
Although I've had my own tiny little CTP stake inside Listnerds for at least a month when I had the premium membership instead of enterprise. I do remember that I felt a bit bummed not being able to vote on all the stuff that I read. Of course, I can rule out some of the emails easily as I think there's a good middle group of emails that I rather not upvote but also don't deserve to be downvoted either. But even if you take these into account while spreading the votes, I know it's still a daunting task to pick which one to vote for.
Our Listnerds team
The active team members are being absolute rock stars in terms of their content as well as supporting the other team members that are on the same page regarding what's considered good content and whatnot. Not everyone in the team is active in terms of emailing yet, which is obviously fine. I know that some are actively reading and verifying content, and others may be too busy or even lost interest. This is no surprise and was to be expected. But I do want to encourage my team members to keep adding CTP to their stake because our team is growing and I have the feeling soon we will have a few more enterprise members (read=more content to support) and more stake is needed to be able to do so. After all, our team members aren't the only ones we support.
Harder to get CTP of the market
Depending on when you check the market, it's often not recommendable to just buy CTP for the market price. Putting in an order is cool, but can be a day (or days) wait sometimes. At least, I've noticed that putting in orders lower than the asking price often means others offer just a tiny bit more to get picked up sooner. I'm not sure how the price is doing in regards to for example a month ago, but I can imagine it's going up while Listnerds gets more popular.
Juicy oneup curator upvotes
I'm a OneUP curator myself, but in the past couple of weeks, curation has been a bit on the lower side regarding CTP curation. I don't browse much in the community besides what's being shared in emails, and therefore I throw around fewer CTP curation votes, which is a shame because the one up curation accounts are worth it. I try to support the people on Listnerds in general leaving them 1UP votes, not only my team members. But it's nice to be able to help people that need CTP to vote, build their stake like this.
Helping the team build their CTP stake
I've thought about a new way to help my team build their CTP stakes on Listnerds, and that's writing a post about Listnerds or CTP where I set a few of my active team members as a beneficiary. Personally, I also have a CTP stake in Hive Engine, and am in the top 40 stakeholders, meaning I get extra support and see nice CTP votes come in every time that I publish something related to CTP/Listnerds. I want them to share in those earnings and will do so by adding a few of their names every once in a while. I will not commit to a certain number of posts because I personally can't commit to writing X amount in general currently due to the emigration preparations, so for now it will be a surprise how many pop up and who I will add.
How to get selected
I want to encourage great team spirit and I sure want to encourage helping team members if they are in doubt, need some guidance, tips etc. I know that at least a handful of people in our current team fits those gloves perfectly. This time, I selected those members so that I can help them grow their CTP stake. If you just joined you can still be selected the next time in case I see you making an effort and having good team spirit. I'm not going to set strict rules but I will try to help out every member that can use a little boost if I see that they really want to learn/verify others etc.
Today's lucky members are
I want to emphasize that I see each and every one of you (if active, lol), keep up the good work and let's build something great together! The people I will tag now are those that have been AWESOME team members and show great support to the others as well as them being great content creators. Therefore, @amirtheawesome1, @misslasvegas, @raj808 will be beneficiaries of this post. I believe that the HE tokens are also going to be automatically sent to the beneficiaries, if not, I will do it manually.
Keep up the good work everyone! Love you all <3
