Above the Frost and Flame
This dreamlike composition is a double exposure mixed media piece, built from two original photographs I captured by the sea.

The first, a close encounter with a seagull mid-flight, wings stretched wide, slicing through the glowing sky. The second, a treetop silhouette, later turned ethereal white in post, like a frozen breath of nature.

Blending these worlds together created something more than just an image. It became a feeling, a soft collision of freedom and stillness, of movement and pause.
The bird moves. The tree waits. The sky holds it all in radiant balance.

A reminder that beauty often lives in the overlap, in the spaces where moments merge and contrast blooms.
