I continue to study photographically different types of clouds. This time, high-cumulus (altocumulus) clouds caught my attention. By characteristic– these are clouds consisting of flakes or ridges that can merge into a single canvas. They form at an altitude of up to 6 km.
There are many subtypes of this type of cloud: turreted, wavy, rolling, lenticular, and even holey.
I am completely confused... and I will not be able to determine the exact type of these clouds to such an accuracy.
The basic variety is enough for me.
I like this type of clouds, they look like torn cotton wool.
Such clouds can be interestingly illuminated by the setting sun.
And in general, their texture is definitely suitable for filling the frame in any landscape.
This year, as in the past, I did a good job photographing different types of clouds.
But it's rare to see a new type that I haven't taken off yet.
There is still time before winter – you need to raise your head up more often.
I'm still watching!
