It has been probably decades since the last time I craved for crabs lol!
Because we can't recall the last time we had a fresh sea food on our table due to the lockdown, we decided to visit a store from the neighbor County to look around and see what alive seafood we could get. Luckily, there were crabs that was freshly displayed!
It was quiet expensive at the place where we live so having this on our table would be awesome once in a while.
Although we could cook crabs in different ways and or flavor it with different sauces which best to our tastes, I had prefered it to cook the simpliest way. They are still alive when we bought them so expect for a juicy and tasty meat!
So, steaming them was the best way I did. Placed them on a Stainless Pot after cleaning and stayed under strong fire for about 45 mins.
After 45 mins...... tadaaahhhh cooked crabs ready to be served!
Deep it to a venigar and yummy!!!
Prepared some sidedishes as well to complete the serving!
Have a crab day to all!
