Algunas canciones tienen la capacidad de tocar fibras profundas en el alma, de conectarnos con
y emociones que parecían escondidos. Para que un día vuelvas, de Pablo Milanés y Leoni Torres, es una de esas piezas que respiran melancolía y esperanza, transmitiendo el anhelo de un reencuentro que aún no llega, pero que permanece en el corazón.
Desde siempre he sentido una profunda conexión con temas que hablan desde la nostalgia, y cuando decidí interpretar esta canción, supe que debía hacerlo de una manera íntima, cuidando cada detalle para que la esencia de la pieza se mantuviera intacta, pero al mismo tiempo tuviera mi sello personal.
Opté por un enfoque acústico utilizando guitarra eléctrica y voz, una combinación que permite conservar la calidez del sonido, mientras que los matices y texturas se enriquecen con la expresividad del instrumento. Aunque muchas veces asociamos lo acústico con la guitarra de cuerdas de nylon o madera, quise explorar cómo la eléctrica puede también ser un vehículo de profundidad emocional, jugando con dinámicas y resonancias que aportan un aire distinto a la interpretación.
Durante el proceso de adaptación, me enfoqué en resaltar la delicadeza de la progresión armónica, buscando un equilibrio entre los momentos de suavidad y los de mayor intensidad. La voz, por su parte, fue el elemento que guía el sentimiento de la pieza, navegando entre la dulzura del mensaje y la emoción que lleva implícita cada frase. Mi intención no fue solo interpretar la canción, sino vivirla en cada nota, hacerla mía sin perder su esencia.
Este cover representa no solo un homenaje a dos grandes artistas, sino también una forma de conectar con quienes, como yo, encuentran en la música un espacio donde las emociones se transforman en sonido. La música nos une, nos habla en el lenguaje de los sentimientos y nos permite compartir experiencias que muchas veces no pueden expresarse con palabras.

Para que un día vuelvas, by Pablo Milanés and Leoni Torres, is one of those pieces that breathe melancholy and hope, conveying the longing for a reunion that has not yet come but remains in the heart.
I've always felt a deep connection with songs that speak from nostalgia, and when I decided to perform this piece, I knew I had to approach it intimately, taking care of every detail to maintain the essence of the song while adding my own personal touch.
I chose an acoustic approach using electric guitar and voice, a combination that preserves the warmth of the sound while enriching its textures with expressive nuances. While we often associate acoustic music with nylon or wooden guitars, I wanted to explore how the electric guitar can also be a vehicle for deep emotion, playing with dynamics and resonances that bring a different atmosphere to the performance.
During the adaptation process, I focused on highlighting the delicacy of the harmonic progression, seeking a balance between moments of softness and intensity. The voice, on the other hand, was the element that guided the emotion of the piece, navigating between the sweetness of the message and the feelings embedded in each phrase. My intention was not just to perform the song but to live it in every note, making it my own without losing its essence.
This cover represents not only a tribute to two great artists but also a way to connect with those who, like me, find in music a space where emotions are transformed into sound. Music brings us together, speaks to us in the language of feelings, and allows us to share experiences that often cannot be expressed in words.
