Vibration is the essential energy of all things, the movement which we all are.

To be healed we must vibrate in a way that can release the tension in our body and free up energy pathways. Chanting the vowel sounds is a good way to do this, so is just chanting around your body. Hold a tone (chant a pure tone) as you focus on the sensation it creates, then moving this sensation around your body by changing the tone and the location you are focusing on. By doing this you start to tune your healing voice to your body, opening up a dialogue of healing.

Tuning into a part of the body that needs to be healed will “shake everything back into place” physically and energetically. Hold clear intention of your healing self in your mind while practicing sound healing. Visualize your perfected body, step into a clear mind, and see your spirit floating around and through your body. Hold onto this perfection as you practice and relax.
