Yesterday i began The Presence Process again.
I Am Here Now In This
Today I got up about 2 hours earlier than i have been lately.
Today i sat in the mat for 15 minutes to do The Presence Process meditation (it's been too long since i sat regularly - probably since December!)
Today i did ten push-ups
Today i drunk some of my urine (i'll write more about this perfect #naturalmedicine another time)
This Moment Matters
For those who don't know, there's a small group who are beginning The Presence Process Procedure together (starting on the same day, or perhaps a week later to give time to read the instructions). You can read more about it in this post and this post.
Those who have indicated they may well join this ten week self-facilitated emotional integration procedure are:

In the first of the posts linked to above, there is a link for a slightly older version of The Presence Process. In the latest version there are a few slight changes, so i will list them below for those who don't have the newest version.
The Conscious Response to be used for the morning and evening sessions for the entire ten weeks is:

Most of the weekly Conscious responses have not changed, but i will make a weekly post (tagging you if you've indicated you are joining us) with any differences. Feel free to ask in comments in case i forget.
So, there were several times yesterday and today so far when i noticed the urge to smoke, then the urge to move toward food instead. When i was aware enough not to indulge to food impulse, i connected my breath and (internally) repeated this weeks conscious response This Moment Matters.
My intentions for doing The Presence Process Procedure again include
- to be more aware when urges to engage in addictive behaviour arise and to make better choices to keep this body mind more pure,
- to be more aware of the present moment for more of the day.
