I think it's so good that you recognise the patterns of your own behaviours and know what the triggers are and where the core of the problems lay as far too many people (like my brother) aren't even willing to acknowledge that they do have any issues, let alone confront and conquer them.
And the thing is, every single person in the world has an issue or 5, so not one single person can say that they don't. And you don't get to your 50's without collecting residual issues from all that life throws at you along the way either.
So BIG kudos to you and thanks so much for sharing cause I just learn't something.
