This is some good stuff.
But I don't think it matters if the pain is from your neck or shoulder when you are the one in pain... What usually matters to the person in pain is how to get rid of it.
As a medical doctor, it may be important for me to know where the pain originates whether the neck or shoulder, as this may guide the kind of tests I recommend.
But on the average, it usually makes no difference.
