I went off the cleanse herbs because i really need GI #5 - the stronger herb, so I stopped the cleanse, and ordered it.
Why? I was not going regularly. I felt I was wasting the herbs. I was having to use Magnesium Citrate as well at night to move my bowel in the morning.
Drinking lemon water and tea in the morning and then eating banana, prunes, figs, apple and orange for breakfast - I feel ok.
Now I am closely paying attention to what is working for me. I have not been cleansing for a day, eating fruit in the morning and then maybe having some roasted seeds in the afternoon and some stir-fry vegetables at night. Anything but fruit give me gas and fruit makes me go.
But, I need protein! I ate a rice cake with almond-butter last night along with some stir-fried cauliflower. And I took Mag Citrate at bedtime.
I ate some Quinoa with blueberries midday before work so I would not become ravenous at work... NOT sure at all what to do... will I ever find food balance?
I can barely eat and digest anything anymore. I am baking a yam right now hoping that will be ok to eat before work.
How am I going to go off-grid and eat? I don't know. Hopefully my body will cooperate when I become a pioneer woman and can't go to the grocery store for specialty items all the time.
After work- I had forgotten my water bottle- I had a sharp cramp in my intestines and wondered what the hell is wrong with me???
Then came home and ate a yam and some salad and now feel bloated. Rubbing my colon points it’s time for bed.
Maybe someday I will know how to eat..,
