In my life experience with alternative medicine, it has been very helpful in some treatments that I use to describe medical products and practices that are not part of complementary medicine, since it is healthy for me, it helps me heal my body and recover my balance.
Of course, I would not want to say that we have to abandon conventional medicine, on the contrary, complementary medicine must be used together in some practices, with some therapies that have been shown to me to be safe and effective, whenever it is used in a comprehensive, responds to aspects of both physical, mental and spiritual health.
Complementary and alternative medicine has worked very well for me in particular. What's more, we are all free to choose, how to feel good, how we can heal. A particular opinion, drugs sometimes cause damage to the body and commenting with my friends in the environment, they believe in natural medicine, as well as in conventional medicine, being used in a very appropriate way for each moment and circumstance is something that is very positive, many Some of my acquaintances have told me that they have healed diseases that they could not with drugs and with the natural one.
The most important thing here is that a combination of both medicines gives really excellent results. The point is not to eliminate or prohibit access to all the tools that, in one way or another, help us improve our health, to have all of them and that they can be applied correctly in each patient and each case.
For example, I like everything that has to do with natural therapies, particularly flower essences and herbal medicine. This other comment, that many drugs are made from natural products.
I remember in my maternal grandmother, and the use of flower essences for her therapy, since she was able to achieve complete tranquility, because they acted giving her a sedative effect and she felt very relaxed. Those essences in particular, redirected their emotions in a healthy way, since these emotions, in the same way as thought, are part of our organism and the state of mind and feelings emerge. For example, Bach flowers are never lacking in my house, because in one way or another they help us when we cannot fall asleep, when we have moments of anxiety, depression or the feeling of not having rested properly. My family also uses Valerian, for cases mentioned above and cases such as headaches, insomnia, colic, irritable bowel problems.
I must admit that my family loves the use of these products, because it relaxes the nervous system and I really got used to using them. In relation to herbal medicine, also used by me and my family to prevent and treat diseases where we use the roots, leaves, seeds to improve health and have therapeutic properties. We get these as capsules, tea, powders among others and we always keep them at home. The herbal remedy is prepared in a pharmaceutical form, for the relief of some diseases, some of which are:
Chamomile: who has not used it in our families? It is used for a large number of conditions such as: digestive disorders, kidney and bladder conditions and I remember my aunts commenting that they sometimes used it for menstrual cramps. There is never a lack in my house, another one that we use very often is Plantain: which is an excellent medicinal plant that helps reduce inflammation, improves digestion and promotes wound healing. Other medicinal plants with great natural properties, which in a homemade way help us alleviate, prevent and treat certain health problems such as: aloe vera, valerian, eucalyptus, garlic, parsley, sage, mint, dill, mint, anise, rosemary, among others.
In my country, therapies applied in alternative medicine are carried out such as: acupuncture, homeopathy, floral systems, serums among others to alleviate their ailments and integrate traditional and complementary medicine, in some patients, to improve their health.

En mi experiencia de vida con la medicina alternativa ha sido de gran ayuda en algunos tratamientos que uso para describir productos y prácticas médicas que no son parte de la medicina complementaria, ya que es algo sano para mí, me ayuda a sanar mi cuerpo y a recuperar mi equilibrio.
Por supuesto no quisiera decir que tenemos que dejar la medicina convencional, por el contrario, la medicina complementaria debe ser usada en conjunto en algunas prácticas, con algunas terapias que me han demostrado que fueron seguras y eficaces, toda vez, que es utilizada de manera integral, responde a los aspectos de salud tanto física, mental y espiritual.
A mi particularmente, me ha funcionado muy bien la medicina complementaria y alternativa. Es más, todos somos libres de elegir, como sentirnos bien, como podemos sanar. Una opinión particular, los fármacos algunas veces causan daños al organismo y comentando con mis amigos del entorno, creen en la medicina natural, así como en la convencional utilizándose de una manera muy adecuada para cada momento y circunstancia es algo que resulta muy positivo, muchos de mis conocidos me han comentado que han sanado enfermedades que no lo conseguían con los fármacos y si con la natural.
Aquí lo más importante es que una combinación de ambas medicinas da resultados realmente excelentes. El caso no es eliminar ni prohibir el acceder a todas las herramientas que, de alguna manera u otra, nos ayude a mejorar nuestra salud, contar con todas ellas y que se puedan aplicar correctamente en cada paciente y cada caso.
A mí me agrada por ejemplo todo lo que tiene que ver con las terapias naturales, particularmente con esencias florales y la medicina herbaria. Esta demás comentar, que muchos fármacos se elaboran de productos naturales.
Recuerdo en mi abuela materna, y el uso de esencias florales para su terapia, ya que lograba conseguir una tranquilidad plena, porque éstas actuaban dándole un efecto sedante y se sentía muy relajaba. Esas esencias en particular, reorientaba de un modo saludables sus emociones, ya que éstas emociones, del mismo modo como el pensamiento, forman parte de nuestro organismo y afloran el estado de ánimo y los sentimientos. Por ejemplo, las flores de Bach, nunca faltan en mi casa, porque de una u otra manera nos ayudan cuando no podemos conciliar el sueño, cuando tenemos momentos de ansiedad, depresión o la sensación de no haber descansado correctamente. También mi familia usa Valeriana, para casos señalados anteriormente y casos como dolor de cabeza, insomnio, cólicos, problemas de colon irritable.
Debo reconocer que a mi familia le encanta el uso de éstos productos, porque relaja el sistema nervioso y realmente yo me acostumbre a usarlas. En relación a la medicina herbaria, también usada por mí y mi familia para prevenir y tratar enfermedades donde usamos las raíces, hojas, semillas para mejorar la salud y tiene propiedades terapéuticas. Éstas las conseguimos como capsulas, te, polvos entre otros y siempre conservamos en casa. El remedio herbolario, se prepara en forma farmacéutica, para alivio de algunas enfermedades, siendo algunas de ellas:
Manzanilla: ¿quién no la ha usado en nuestras familias? Se emplea para un gran número de afecciones tales como: trastornos digestivos, afecciones renales y de la vejiga y recuerdo a mis tías comentando que algunas veces la usaban para los dolores menstruales. Nunca falta en mi casa otro que usamos muy seguido es el Llantén: que es una excelente planta medicinal que ayuda a reducir la inflamación, mejora la digestión y promueve la cicatrización de heridas. Otras plantas medicinales de grandes propiedades naturales, que de forma casera nos ayuda a aliviar, prevenir y tratar ciertos problemas de salud como: aloe vera, valeriana, eucalipto, ajo, perejil, salvia, menta, eneldo, hierbabuena, anís, romero, entre otras.
En mi país, se realizar terapias aplicadas en la medicina alternativa tales como: acupuntura, homeopatía, sistemas florales, sueros entre otros para aliviar sus dolencias e integran la medicina tradicional y la complementaria, en algunos pacientes, para mejorar su salud.
