There are some elements at our fingertips that have a lot of natural qualities. But for many of us it is neglected. There was a time when people were totally dependent on nature for medical treatment. At that time medical science was not so advanced. But with the gradual advancement of medical science, people have moved away from the use of natural ingredients. Although there are many side effects of medicines used in current medical science,but there are no side effects of natural ingredients.

However, with the change of seasons, we suffer from cold and cough. This is a major problem for many of us. With the onset of winter, runny nose and sneezing start. Moreover, many times when we work or walk in the dust, we catch a cold. That is why we seek medical help and take medicine. Many times it is good and for a long time we suffer from this problem.

Personally I suffer a lot from this problem. Colds and coughs start as soon as winter comes or when a little dust gets on the nose. My cough does not get better easily even after I take medicine for a long time. So I started relying on natural medicine. It keeps me pretty much healthy.

Before winter came, my mother mixed black cumin and palm candy and put it in a bottle. This mixture I try to eat regularly every day. We all know, "Black cumin is an ingredient that is beneficial for all diseases except death". It works well for colds and coughs and is very beneficial. Which has no side effects. Again, in a dry cloth, the black cumin is sniffed by the smell of the black cumin through the nose, and the cold is better.

I have seen from my childhood that if I had a cold or cough, my parents or many others would suggest me to eat palm candy. Even when coughing started, many people suggested to suck the palm candy and eat it. Especially in case of cold in children, the tendency to eat palm candy is the most. Many people suggest mixing talmishri in hot water and drinking that water to get rid of dry cough.

The combination of these two natural ingredients is very beneficial for cold and cough. Because both the ingredients have the properties to get rid of cold and cough. So I regularly eat this mixture before winter comes. I think it works better than the syrups available for colds and coughs on the market. Believe me the syrup that is available in the market is not good for my dry cough. So I am currently relying heavily on this natural ingredient. I also try to drink lukewarm water regularly and take a bath with lukewarm water. I like these a lot.
