Fruit is one of the most important foods for our health. So that there are various essential elements including vitamins, calcium, minerals, iron, magnesium, potassium which are essential elements for the well-being of our body. In other words, the fruit is very tasty to eat. Likewise it is an essential element for our body.
Guava is one of the most nutritious fruits. It is of course very tasty to eat. This is a fruit of my choice. I eat a lot of guavas because we have guava trees. It tastes so good to eat. Moreover, we all know that guava contains a lot of vitamin C. Which is very beneficial for colds and coughs.
I suffer from colds and coughs all the time. I have had this problem for a long time. Because I have sinusitis problems. Although I have resorted to the doctor for this. We all know that doctors always advise people who have this kind of cold-cough problem to eat vitamin C foods. And since guava contains a lot of vitamin C. So I have been eating guava for a long time and it is one of my favorite fruits. Guava also has many more nutritional properties. Which is very beneficial for us.
I have seen many guava trees in our house since I was very young. They used to produce a lot of guava. Since then I have been eating a lot of guava. Of course we still have guava trees in our house. Besides, it is good to buy guava from the market and eat it. Like I bought these guavas from the market and they were very tasty to eat. Anyway this is my favorite food. Even all members of our family love to eat it.
