Today I will talk about another plant from which we often liked to make tea.
The nature of Belarus is rich in a variety of herbs - it is a green country. We live in a small town and here in just 10 minutes on foot you can get into the green zone. Where houses end, meadows and arable lands are spread. And in some yards there is an abundance of various flowers and plants. And today I noticed in one of the thieves a plant that we dried and liked to drink tea from this in winter or spring -this is Hypericum.
I used Hypericum in the form of tea since childhood. It has a peculiar smell and taste. It has many useful properties. In winter cold, it was always a pleasure to drink tea from it, because it raises immunity and fights with avitominosis.

Hypericum tincture it is an excellent tool in the treatment of diseases of the oral cavity stomatitis, gingivitis, with bleeding gums.
Often decoctions and infusions of herbs are prescribed as anthelmintic in the presence of dwarf tapeworms and roundworms.
Hypericum preparations are used for asthenic conditions, neurosis, neurasthenia, insomnia and headaches.
Hypericum in the form of ointments is used in the treatment of infected wounds and abscesses, for healing of nipple cracks, burns and other diseases.
With anti-inflammatory properties, Hypericum is used as a painkiller for radiculitis.
Having an antispasmodic effect, Hypericum is often used for myocarditis and endocarditis.
Prescribe hypericum when Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract: gastric and duodenal ulcers,
enterocolitis, diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, hemorrhoids
Liver disease (acute and chronic hepatitis)
Gallbladder: gallbladder dyskinesia, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis
Diseases of the bladder and kidneys, cystitis, inflammation of the prostate gland
Inflammatory diseases of the throat in the form of gargles
Treatment of inflammatory diseases of the female genital area, premenstrual syndrome and menopause;
Pressure ulcers, burns, non-healing wounds.
Often, drugs with Hypericum are more effective, than traditional antibiotics!
However, do not forget that the syuboy plant used as medicine may also have side effects. Unfortunately, I learned late that when using Hypericum, you should not take sun baths (sunbathing) as this can lead to hyperpigmentation.
