Happy New Year, everyone!! I don’t know about you but I am very excited for what’s about to come in the next 12 months.
Do you have any health and happiness plans for 2022?
I personally love to set new goals for myself - those that feel achievable but are still challenging enough to stretch my comfort zone and invite me to grow. But at the end, a good intention won’t get us far.
We actually have to ask ourselves every day - what small or big action will bring me a step closer today to where I want to be a year from now?
• This could be the lemon water in the morning.
• This could be the daily walk to add more movement into your life.
• This could be the fruits and veggies that land into your grocery bag.
• This could be the health book you read a learn more about your body.
• This could be the meat and dairy meals you say „no“ to in the canteen.
• This could be the extra greens that find their way into your dinner.
And on some days taking aligned action rather looks like doing nothing, just relaxing or sleeping in. Mindfully. Not because we are too lazy to do anything else, but because we listen to our body and mind and honor when it asks for rest and contemplation.
