Cherry tomatoes (with a sprinkle of salt) into the dehydrator tonight

We intend to mix them with oil & garlic, to be eaten this winter.

If anyone has any other storage suggestions from dried tomatoes I am all ears.

We will be drying the big ones tomorrow ;)
