Five stones are being kept from each variety of fruit we are currently collecting. After spending a few months in our fridge (to trick them into thinking it is winter & speed up the growth) they will be planted in pots, so that when we move from this place we will bring with us the incredible variety on offer here in the agricultural region of the French Pyrenees.
