Hi Hiveans, I hope you have a nice week.
The question I post today is "Do you smile often?."
When we think of smiles, we relate them with happiness, joy, love, or positive ones. For me, I find that I not only smile when I am in good mood but also even when I get into some trouble. When we are down, all negative thoughts come together, they really make us more depressed... At that time, I always choose to be alone to consider what happened to me, what was wrong, which caused all problems. Then I choose to find some ways to make myself smile.
I really wonder which can make people smile when they are sad. For me, there are many ways which help me smile even in the bad cases.
1. FLOWERS
I believe that nature is able to heal ourselves. In many situations, we can not share our stories, our deep feelings to others. But I realise that nature can be always my intimate friend. In front of them, I see all the best things of the life, the positive vibes, the feeling of being understood, shared and embraced. With my respect to the beautiful flowers, they seem like smiling with me and I feel more calm then smiling back. That's a great pleasure! Just imagine in the most difficult moments of life, there are still something to be with you, warm your heart and embrace your sadness, your sorrows, it must be a source of happiness.
2. CHILDREN
I can not deny that children are basically a source of joy. Their innocence, their cute manners, their refreshing laughs actually can fade our sorrows away at least for a while. Even though how upset I am, I can always smile back with the children and play with them. People say that children provide positive energy and I admit that is true for me. Because children are alike a white paper; they are super curious and can get very funny with only little things like a candy so being with them, I no longer care about the others. Instead of keep my bad mood, I get to focus on them and take care of them. I love the moment when I give them candies (I have until 7 nieces and nephews). They will line up and say thank you to me after receiving their gifts with the most of joy. They jump for joy, they jump and smile and tease other children innocently. I can't never keep my good feeling at themoments. So I start to smile.
3. FRESH FRUITS / JUICE
Who can hide their joy with fresh beautiful fruits? I can't. When something bad happen, I come to fruits like a therapy. I never feel bad when I have a good meal as well as colorful fruits. Every moment tasting gifts of nature is happy moments. I whisper to them with my best gratitude. "Thank you" because I am lucky enough to be abundant in present. It makes me smile right away.

4. TEA
And the last therapy that I would like to share is TEA. To me, tea is a type of art. The seconds while tea leaves are blossoming in hot water is magical to me. I see the movement of life, the sadness, the happiness, the love, the jealous, the changes in a cup of tea. I feel like that I am here for all. I come calmer, more silent and I get to realise that it is life which consists both positivity and negativity, both peace and war, both ups and downs. All is life lessons which exist for our development. And I give a smile after all.

And how about you? Do you smile often from hard times to happy times?
I believe that who can keep smiling in their heart and their mind no matter what happens, they are strong ones because they feel the life, accept the challenges and lucks, so they adapt to any circumstance smoothly by SMILES.
So I hope all of you always keep your smile on your face because I know all smiles are really beautiful.
