Did you ever found yourself arguing with a voice inside your head? Don't feel wired because it happens to everyone. It's normal to have a disagreement with our inner self with our outer self. But as long as it's healthy then we shouldn't get worried about it.
But if you are feeling that you are going through this conflict more often, your inner self is not validating your ourself or vice versa. So let's see how we can balance this conflict!
Identity if you are not clear about your core values, figure out whether you are going against what you really believe. This will reduce a lot of conflicts.
Considering that our activities which are making a negative impact on our inner self can give us a clear idea about what we are doing wrong.
And finally work on making a good understanding of yourself, both inner and outer self. As long as we don't have an understanding of what we want we can't resolve this conflict.
Let me give you an example!
When you find yourself in a conflicting situation with your inner self about what you do for a living; consider evaluating your core values. Try to find out what you really believe and what is making you face this conflict. Like if it's against your religion, your social norms or what?
Remember, we can't function properly having this continuous conflict. We must take active action to resolve this. I know, for many facing their own self is harder than anything. I believe if we give ourselves more time to understand and make a good connection with our inner self, this conflict can be resolved easily.
