Hallo (weeeeeen), spooky peeps! Where my nail ghouls at? 😂 You probably have known by now that for a person, who loves taking adventage of a festive time to have an excuse to change my nails. Halloween is PER-FECT chance to get a cute spooky design for my lovely nails.
As I said, I went in Nail's Lounge today, very prepared. I've been researching for the designs that I want for this year's Halloween and this design is the winner! I didn't want a second whole set of French tip, still I love how it looked on my nails and made it look longer. Luckily, this design is a great start, but it wouldn't be perfect without my own twist in them. 😁
First, let me get rid of my old nails. I still love the design from last time aka Step by Step of Getting French Tips Nails. However, I actually do need to replace the extensions that I had since my index extension nails were falling off my real nails and it started to make my life hard. Can you see them wiggle? I believe all the nails people here would completely understand how shhhhhty that is.
Bye bye my old girls French tip nails, you girls make me really happy and proud.
Chop chop with the drilling machine to get the surface off. You can see how much "powder" from the precious nails there was, by comparing the picture on the left (as she started drilling my nails)...
...and the right picture (as she done drilling and moved to the next step)
She then cut the "open" extensions and filed them to make the extension and my real nails smooth as one, once again.
Now she took care of my other nails by filing them nice and smooth.
Just kept filing and filing, even with different tools
This is how she removed my nails, by soaking them in a remover chemical(?) for a while. After that she took care of my problematic index fingernail. She then put the new extension on it and that's why my index extension's color looked different from other nails.
Now, it's the Arcylic's time! Look at all these chemicals. It's a real life laboratory. Just like what Jessie in the series of Breaking Bad said..

Now let's put them bad boys on my nails. All nice and smooth as if I'd never got extensions.
As I mentioned earlier, I wanted something more "me" than just copying the design, so we picked out the new base color. To make it different from last time as the pink natural base. So many colors! That's exactly how good nails salon are prepared.
Starting off with clear base coat.
And what other colors would be better for this spooky halloween time than this color... "PUMPKIN ORANGE" 😎 And one nail as black. You'll see why later. It's already looked so nice, if I were a minimal nail art lover, this should be where I stopped.. But, obviously that's not me.
I also asked her to put dark orange glitter on my orange base coat nails. And omg, I'm in love 😍😍
Now that the color base coats were done, it's painting time. This is when she draw a French Tip on my index and my pinky fingers.
Hello (partly) French tips, we've met again.
I'd be a fraud if I weren't getting the cutie ghostie paints, as I said in my cover photo, so here we go! This was such a delicate process of having to draw them one by one and "bake" the nails each times to get them dry, preventing them from moving around.
Look how cute they are 😍 With all the detailed face and everything.
Last step is to finish these babies up with last-time filing...
, top coat and the nail oil to keep my nails moisturized.
These are the final look! Please, let us all calmly appreciate them.. and SCREAM HOW FREAKING CUTE THEY ARE!

These are my nails for Halloween 2023! I'm excited for the next year already. Let's see what I'll come up with next. Even it's just next theme or next time.
Thank you for appreciating the beauty of the nails art with me guys! Don't forget to...
Stay spooky and sparkling, everybody!
