No energy to write a long post after weeding for hours for few days 😂As it seems no one in our house use the backyard, we decided to make it a food jungle. So here is a short post about the bread I baked today.
German rye based bread called often "Mischbrot" in bakeries is one of the bread I want to master. It was my first attempt to bake it. The shape can be better ... And I want to have the tool to make the holes on the surface (I did it with my chopsticks).
But I’m happy with taste, crispiness, rye smell etc. We couldn't stop eating slices with butter. We ate up half of the bread for dinner ......
The recipe I used was from “Natürlich gut backen” by Jochen Baier, one of the main cast of Deutschlands bester Bäcker. It was my favorite TV show. Good old memory from my early days in Germany.
My family agreed to add the Mischbrot as one of our house bread. I'll practice the shaping part.
この数日草むしりを毎日数時間していて、長い投稿を書くパワーが・・・ありません。ということで、今日焼いたパンについて書きました。ドイツでミッシュブロートという名前でパン屋さんで売られているパンで、長い間マスターしたいパンのひとつでした。
昨日か一昨日、久しぶりに引っ張り出してきた本に何とレシピがある!ということで早速焼きました。形以外はいい感じ。ああ、それにしてもライ麦の香りがなんともたまりません。
家族も気に入ったようで、夕飯で半分食べてしまいました。また練習がてら作ろうと思います。
