Hi estimable colleague in the Hive community. This is my first post in this community. And I will be showing you how I prepared my Egusi (melon seed) Soup.


• Melon seed
• Vegetable oil
• Tomato
• Chicken
• Chilli pepper
• Stock cube
• Seasoning
• Vegetable (spinach)
• Wheat
Pour the quantity of water required according to the quantity of wheat . When the water boils, take a little portion of the hot water and cover in a container. Mix a little portion of the Wheat with cold water and pour it inside the boiling water. Continue to stir until it gets thick. Then pour the quantity required inside and continue to stir until it becomes uniform. When the Wheat becomes uniform then add the little portion of hot water that was kept aside. Allow it to boil very well until it is ready to serve. Put it in an airtight container.


Melon soup is one of my favorite food and I enjoying it with wheat flour is just almost indescribable.
How I prepared my melon soup
Ingredients

• Melon seed
• Vegetable oil
• Tomato
• Chicken
• Chilli pepper
• Stock cube
• Seasoning
• Vegetable (spinach)
• Wheat
Procedure
Steam the chicken with seasoning, salt and pepper. Blend the melon seed, add vegetable oil to cooking pot, allow to heat a little then add melon and stir for three (3) minutes. Pour the sliced tomatoes into the pot and stir very well.
Pour the stock from the chicken and stir to mix well to boil. Then let it boil for 15 minutes before adding the vegetable and allow to boil for few minutes and bring it down.
Then the soup is ready!
How to prepare wheat meal

Then the Wheat is ready to serve.
