তোমরা সবাই কেমন আছো?? আশা করি তোমরা সবাই অনেক ভালো আছো। আমিও ভালো আছি। বন্ধুরা আজকে আমি তোমাদের মাঝে নতুন একটি রেসিপি নিয়ে হাজির হয়েছি। আশাকরি রেসিপিটি তোমাদের কাছে ভালো লাগবে। রেসিপিটি হলো ভাপা পিঠা। আমাদের বাসার সবাই এই পিঠাটি খেতে খুবই পছন্দ করে । শীত কালীন সময়ে এই পিঠাটি আসলে খুব মজাদার একটি পিঠা। তাই শীতের সকালে আমার আম্মু প্রায় সময়ে পিঠাটি বানিয়ে থাকে। পিঠাটি কিভাবে বানিয়েছি আমি আজকে তোমাদের মাঝে তা ধাপে ধাপে শেয়ার করব। যদি তোমাদের এই পিঠাটি ভালো লাগে তাহলে অবশ্যই বাসায় ট্রাই করে দেখতে পারো।

How are you all I hope you are all well. I'm fine too. Friends, today I have come up with a new recipe among you. We hope you enjoy the recipe. The recipe is Vapa Pitha. Everyone in our house loves to eat this pitha. This cake is actually a very fun cake in winter. So on a winter's morning my mother would make the Vapa Pitha on time. Today I will share with you step by step how I made the cake. If you like this pitha, you can try it at home.
তো বন্ধুরা তাহলে শুরু করা যাক।
So friends, let's get started.
রেসিপিটি করতে আমার যা যা প্রয়োজন:
- চালের গুঁড়ো
- চিনি
- লবণ
- মিঠাই
- নারিকেল
I need to make the recipe:
- Rice powder
- Sugar
- Salt
- Sweet
- Coconut
১ম ধাপ :
প্রথমে আমি চিনির সাথে সামান্য পানি এড করে চিনি টাকে ভালভাবে গুলে নিব।
Step 1:
First I will add a little water with the sugar and mix the sugar well.
২য় ধাপ:
এরপর আমি চিনির পানিটুকু চালের গুঁড়োর সাথে ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে নেব।
Step 2:
Then I will mix the sugar panituku well with the rice powder.
৩য় ধাপ:
পরিমাণমতো নারিকেল চালের গুঁড়োর সাথে এ্যাড করে নিব এবং ভালোভাবে তা মিশিয়ে নেব।
Step 3:
Add the amount of coconut rice powder and mix it well.
৪র্থ ধাপঃ
আমি পরিমান মত লবন দিয়ে দিব এবং ভালোভাবে চালের গুঁড়োর সাথে মিশিয়ে নিব।
4th step:
I will add salt in equal quantity and mix it well with rice powder.
৫ম ধাপ
এরপর আমি ছোট একটা বাটিতে সামান্য একটু নারীকেল মিঠাই দিয়ে দিব। এরপর একটু চালের গুঁড়ো দিয়ে দিব। এরপর আমি আর একটু মিঠাই দিয়ে দিব। এরপর আমি আরেকটু চালের গুঁড়ো দিয়ে ভালোভাবে চেপে দিব।
5th step
Then I will give a little coconut sweet in a small bowl. Then I will add some rice powder. Then I will give you some more sweets. Then I will press it well with a little more rice powder.
৬ষ্ঠ ধাপ:
এরপর আমি একটি বড় পাতিলে এইভাবে জালি বেধে আধা পাতিল পরিমাণ পানি দিয়ে দিব।
Step 6:
Then I will tie a net in this way in a big pot and give half a pot of water.
৭ম ধাপ:
এরপর আমি ওই বাটি টাকে এইভাবে জলির উপরে দিয়ে দেব এবং ভালো ভাবে ঢাকনা দিয়ে রেখে দেবো, যাতে কোন বাতাস বের হইতে না পারে।
কারন এটি ভাপেই ভালো ভাবে হবে।
Step 7:
Then I will put the bowl on top of the jolly and cover it well so that no air can escape.
Because it will be a good way to steam.
৮ম ধাপ:
এইভাবে অনেক ভাপ আশা পর্যন্ত আমি রেখে দেবো।ভাপ আসার 15 মিনিট পর আমি চুলা থেকে নামিয়ে নিব।
Step 8:
I will keep it like this until I expect a lot of steam. After 15 minutes of steam I will take it off the stove.
সর্বশেষ ধাপ:
চুলা থেকে নামানোর পাঁচ মিনিট পর যখন পিঠাটি ঠান্ডা হবে তখন পিঠার ভিতরে আরেকটু তুলতুলে । তখনই পিঠাটি খাওয়ার উপযোগী।
ব্যস হয়ে গেল আমার আজকের মজাদার রেসিপি গরম গরম শীতকালীন ভাপা পিঠা।
Last step:
Five minutes after removing from the oven, when the cake is cool, the inside of the cake is a little more fluffy. That's when the pitha is ready to eat.
