How are you all?Hope everybody is well. I am also good.Friends I am new here. I want to share good recipes with you here. I love cooking. So I hope to share with you all my new and good recipes. If there is anything wrong with me, I hope everyone will look at it with forgiveness and try to explain it.
Today I will share the black roast beef here with you. Hope you all like it.. Everyone in our house likes it very much. So I occasionally make a home. And everyone in the house sits together and has fun.
So let's get started.
Everything I need to make the recipe:
- Beef
- Onion
- Green pepper
- Ginger paste
- Garlic paste
- Cumin powder
- Hot spice powder
- Turmeric powder
- Chili powder
- Salt and oil.
Step 1:
First I will heat the oil in a pot.
Step-2
When the oil is hot, I will pour onion in it. And I'll move on for a while.
step 3:
When the onions are a little, I will add garlic paste and ginger paste in it. Now after frying for a while, I will take the pan down from the top.
Step-4
Then I will put the meat in the pan And I will give turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and oil.
Step-5
Then shake the onion well with whole green chillies and cover it and leave it for one hour.
Step-6:
After an hour I will put the pot in the oven. But don't give any water because water will come out of the meat automatically. But I will shake the meat a little at a time.
Step-7:
The water will dry out from the meat for a while while stirring. Then it should be stirred constantly so that it does not stick to the pan.
Step-8
After a while I will add a small amount of water to it.So that the meat is cooked well. After that I will leave it with the lid on for a while so that the water comes down a little more.
Step-9
When we see that the water in the meat has decreased, the broth has become very thick. Then I will turn off the oven and leave it with the lid on for another 10 minutes.
Final Step:
After ten minutes we will see that the meat has become more beautiful in color. My fun recipe today is black roast beef.
