Greetings friends!

In favor of vegetarianism it is said that man is basically a vegetarian creature because his small intestine is as long as that of vegetarian animals and he eats food by chewing while carnivores swallow food directly. Meat-eaters argue that human canine teeth are more like the teeth of a carnivore than the canines of a herbivore. That's why man can eat non-vegetarian too easily. The last argument given in support of non-vegetarian food is that non-vegetarian food is rich in protein, zinc and vitamin B-12. While vegetarians say that there is more protein in pulses, soybean etc. compared to meat. There is also a big belief that vegetarians are physically weak and non-vegetarians are strong.
Both have valid reasons which should be examined.
The beliefs that humans cannot digest meat easily and that their intestines are longer than those of carnivorous is the sign of their being originally made for vegetarianism are wrong. Humans can easily digest meat in the same way as vegetarian food. Even after the length of his small intestine, today man can neither digest grass nor can he get protein from pulses by eating them raw. So it is not logical that man cannot digest meat and he is made only for vegetarianism. The truth is that the human digestive system has developed in such a way that it can digest vegetarian and non-vegetarian food equally, but without cooking it cannot digest many things at all.
As far as chewing food is concerned, the human tongue has developed in such a way that it can feel the taste of different types of food and enjoy it and the teeth can help in tasting the food by dissolving its juice in the mouth. Teeth are also helpful in digestion as the chewed food is easily digested. In this way, the hard work of the human digestive system is saved and by using the remaining energy, man has increased the capacity of his brain.
The argument that vegetarians are physically weak is completely baseless. In the jungle, herbivores like wild buffaloes, elephants, rhinoceros etc. are more powerful than lions and tigers. Many vegetarian athletes have proved that they are not inferior to the non-vegetarians.
In this way, there is no point in this debate whether man is made for vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Man has evolved in such a way that today he has become an omnivorous creature. His food is full of varieties which is not available for any other living being. That's why human beings can include both non-vegetarian and vegetarian in their diet without worrying about the anything regarding digestion. Nevertheless, it should be remembered that even after being able to digest non-vegetarian food, it is not possible to survive by depending only on meat. However, it needs to be remembered that today man is getting sick not because of lack of food but because of excess food. Millions of tons of meat and other food stuffs are thrown in the garbage every day. The taste of our tongue has made this world a hell.
