Hoy me presento en esta hermosa comunidad es la primera vez que publico y estoy muy emocionado con este post que les traigo sobre una de las mejores comidas rápidas que puede haber en el mundo los famosos y deliciosos perros calientes al mejor estilo de Venezuela.
I decided to make this different meal for Mother's Day to enjoy a different Sunday with my family to surprise my mother and family with something different to get out of the routine.
Decidí realizar esta comida diferente por el día de las madres para disfrutar de un Domingo diferente en familia para sorprender a mi madre y familia con algo diferente para salir de la rutina.
Whenever I can take the reins of the kitchen I do it, I like to cook and especially fast food, who does not like a nice hot dog on the weekends?
Personally I love it and in my home whenever I can I do it, when we have the chance we get together at my mother's house and I'm always the one who cooks these delicacies with love and seasoning!
Siempre que puedo tomar las riendas de la cocina lo hago, me gusta cocinar y sobre todo las comidas rápidas, a quien no le gusta un rico perro caliente los fines de semana?
Today I will tell you the step by step and the materials I used to make these delicious hot dogs in the best Venezuelan style friends, I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and me in this special celebration for MOTHERS DAY!
Hoy les comentaré el paso a paso y los materiales que utilicé para realizar estos deliciosos perros calientes al mejor estilo venezolano amigos, espero lo disfruten tanto como mi familia y yo en esta celebración especial por el DÍA DE LAS MADRES!
MATERIALS:
Pack of Bread for Dogs of 10 units.
Pack of Sausages of 10 units.
250 gr of Angel Hair Potato Chips
2 Tomatoes
1 onion
Mayonnaise Sauce
Ketchup Sauce
Mustard Sauce
MATERIALES:
Paquete de Pan para Perros de 10 unidades.
Paquete de Salchichas de 10 unidades.
250 gr de Papitas cabello de ángel.
2 Tomates.
1 Cebolla.
Salsa Mayonesa.
Salsa Ketchup.
Salsa Mostaza.
PROCEDURE:
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- I started by chopping all the breads until the middle point, to begin to fill it.
- Empecé picando todos los panes hasta el punto medio, para comenzar a rellenarlo.
2 . After chopping all the breads I proceeded to chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
2 . Luego de picar todo los panes procedi a picar las cebollas y tomates en pequeños trozos.
3 . With all that ready, I put the sausages to cook in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
3 . Ya con todo eso listo puse las salchichas a cocinar en agua hirviendo de 3 a 5min.
4 . An important step is to put the breads in a bain-marie to make them soft and easy to handle.
4 . Un paso importante es poner los panes en baño maria para que queden suavecito y mejor manipulables.
5 . Once everything is cooked we proceed to fill the bread, after putting the sausages we put a little sauce so that the bread is not too dry and mainly so that the chips do not fall.
5 . Ya con todo cocinado procedemos a rellenar los panes, después de poner las salchichas le ponemos un poco de salsa para que el pan no quedé muy secó y principalmente para que las papitas no se caigan.
6 . Then we place the potatoes and add a little more sauce and then add the onions and tomatoes (this part is optional and to each person's taste).
6 . Luego colocamos las papitas y le echamos un poco más de salsas y luego le ponemos las cebollas y tomates (está parte es opcional y al gustó de cada quién).
7 . And we're ready to pour the sauces and serve them to eat!
