Una vez seleccionado nuestros ingredientes, procedemos a lavarlos muy bien. Una vez hecho esto, los pelamos y los rebanamos. Yo los corte en tiras delgadas, porque me encanta que se vean en toda la pasta. En cuanto a la cantidad, solo utilice la mitad de mis ingredientes ya que cocinaría para dos personas, en el caso de que tú debas preparar más platos, duplica la cantidad.
