Today I share with you a delicious preparation of Mexican origin that has crossed borders and has spread to many countries around the world that have adopted it as if it were their own, it is nothing more and nothing less than Guacamole.

Let's talk a little bit about Guacamole is a sauce based on avocado, tomato, onion and the main ingredient is spicy like chili and jalapeño, in my case I wanted to make this recipe but varying the spiciness a little bit because I don't enjoy it so much, what I did was to use a slightly spicy chili bell pepper but not so strong and it was still exquisite.
This recipe turns out to be a good companion for our meals and even to share with friends, since it is very versatile and we can enjoy it with tacos, tostadas, cookies, bread and even with arepas, empanadas and with everything that our taste and creativity allows us.

GUACAMOLE is super easy, fast and economical to prepare because I am simple ingredients that we usually have at home, here are the ingredients I used.
Avocado
Hot bell pepper

How to prepare
We begin by placing in a frying pan or on a greased griddle the hot bell pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, I leave it for a while until they are golden brown.
Meanwhile, we chop the tomato, onion, cilantro and avocado into small squares.
Once the ingredients are roasted I wait for them to cool down and with a cooking stone I will mash everything very well and then add the avocado and perform the same technique mashing and integrating the avocado until it is creamy and add salt and pepper to taste.
continue adding the tomato, the onion, the finely chopped cilantro and the juice of half a lime.
place the mixture in a glass bowl and decorate in the center with sprigs of cilantro gy I share iwith sliced French bread.
