Hoy les traigo una rica receta para compartir en familia, se trata de un bizcocho marmoleado al sartén. Esta es una receta muy fácil que es ideal para una merienda y lo mejor es que no necesitas de un horno para cocinar.

Ingredientes / Ingredients
✔1 taza de harina de trigo leudante.
✔3/4 de taza de azúcar.
✔3 huevos.
✔40 mililitros de aceite.
✔40 mililitros de café colado.
✔ 1/2 cucharadita de canela.
✔ 1 cucharada de cacao en polvo.
✔ 1 cup of leavening wheat flour.
✔ 3/4 cup of sugar.
✔3 eggs.
✔40 milliliters of oil.
✔ 40 milliliters of strained coffee.
✔ 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
✔ 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
Paso / Step 1
Batir los huevos y el azúcar hasta que estén muy esponjoso.
Beat the eggs and sugar until very fluffy.

Mezclar la harina y la canela, luego tamizar sobre los huevos y realizar movimientos envolventes para incorporar los ingredientes.
Mix the flour and cinnamon, then sift over the eggs and swirl to incorporate the ingredients.

Agregar el café y el aceite, continuar realizando movimiento envolventes.
Add the coffee and the oil, continue making enveloping movements.

Dividir la mezcla en partes iguales y agregar el cacao en polvo a una de las partes y mezclar.
Divide the mixture into equal parts and add the cocoa powder to one of the parts and mix.

En el sartén donde vamos a cocinar el bizcocho agregamos primero la mezcla blanca y luego en forma de hilo agregamos la mezcla de cacao.

Cocinamos tapado y a fuego muy bajo durante 30 minutos. Para verificar introducimos un cuchillo y si sale seco ya esta listo el bizcocho.
Cook covered and over very low heat for 30 minutes. To verify we insert a knife and if it comes out dry the cake is ready.
