[ENG/ESP] Brownie My Style With Chocolate Peanut Syrup / Brownie A ...

Greetings to all #foodiesbeehive friends. It gives me pleasure to be with you again sharing once again a tasty dessert. This is my interpretation of a brownie. This delicious dessert is made with melted chocolate frosting but the one I propose today is made with powdered milk and cocoa and I put the chocolate frosting in pieces before baking.

Saludos para todos los amigos de #foodiesbeehive. Me da gusto estar nuevamente con ustedes compartiendo una vez un rico postre. Se trata de una interpretación de mi parte de un brownie. Este delicioso postre se hace a base de chocolate cobertura derretido pero el que hoy les propongo está hecho con leche en polvo y cacao y el chocolate cobertura lo coloqué en trozos previo el horneado.

Here are the ingredients to make my brownie.

3 cups of leavened wheat flour.
200 grams of chocolate frosting.
2 cups of sugar.
1/2 cup oil.
1/2 of powdered milk.
2 eggs.
1/2 cup cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 cup roasted peanuts.
For the chocolate syrup:
1/2 cup sugar.
1/2 cup milk.
2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder.
1 tablespoon butter.

Les comparto Ingredientes para elaborar mi brownie.

3 tazas de harina de trigo leudante.
200 gramos de chocolate cobertura.
2 tazas de azúcar.
1/2 taza de aceite.
1/2 de leche en polvo.
2 huevos.
1/2 taza de cacao en polvo.
Una cucharadita de sal.
1/2 taza de maní tostado.
Para el sirope de chocolate:
1/2 taza de azúcar.
1/2 taza de leche.
2 cucharadas colmadas de cacao en polvo.
1 cucharada de mantequilla.

Procedure:

In a bowl place the sugar, eggs and oil, beat until well blended. Add the wheat flour, cocoa powder and powdered milk, mix until there are no lumps.

Procedimiento: En un envase colocar el azúcar, los huevos y el aceite, batir hasta mezclar muy bien. Añadir la harina de trigo, el cacao en polvo y la leche en polvo, mezclar hasta que no queden grumos.

Butter and flour a baking sheet and pour in the mixture. Place peanuts on top of mixture and chocolate chips.

Enmantequillar y enharinar una placa de horno y verter la mezcla. Colocar el maní sobre mezcla y los trozos de chocolate.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 120 degrees. After the time has elapsed remove from the oven and you will notice that where the chocolate was, some holes were made because the chocolate melted and went down, take advantage of this technical flaw to fill them again and the effect will be sensational.

The chocolate syrup will do it by placing the 1/2 cup of sugar with two tablespoons of water to the fire, when it begins to caramelize add the milk and dilute the sugar. Then add the cocoa powder and mix well. Finally add a tablespoon of butter to give shine and not to crystallize the syrup.

El sirope de chocolate lo haremos colocando la 1/2 taza de azúcar con dos cucharadas de agua al fuego, cuando empiece a caramelizar agregar la leche y diluir el azúcar. Luego agregar el cacao en polvo y mezclar bien. Por último agregar una cucharada de mantequilla para dar brillo y que no se cristalice el sirope.
