Greetings to all #foodiesbeehive friends. Today I bring you a sweet recipe that is my thing, these are soft oatmeal and coconut cookies dipped in chocolate. These cookies have a special feature and that is that they are not crunchy cookies, only in the coating and in the base, but inside they are somewhat softer.
Saludos a todos los amigos de #foodiesbeehive. Hoy les traigo una receta dulce que es lo mío, se trata de unas suaves galletas de avena y coco bañadas en chocolate. Estás galletas tienen una característica especial y es que no son galletas crocantes, solo en la cobertura y en la base, pero por dentro son algo más suaves.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar.
1/2 cup butter.
1 egg.
1 cup shredded desiccated coconut.
1 and 1/2 oat flakes.
1 cup leavened wheat flour.
1 cup sugar.

Ingredientes:
1 taza de azúcar.
1/2 taza de mantequilla.

Procedure:

Adicionar el coco rallado, la avena en hojuelas y la harina de trigo, también incorporar una pizca de sal y mezclar sin batir demasiado, porque eso haría que las galletas queden duras al hornear.
Place all the mixture on a floured baking sheet and pour all the mixture, even it out with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
