VEGETABLE SOUPY NOODLES
Due to my fever I am unable to have food, my appetite is gone. I was craving for some noodles. Also, I wanted to have some soup but I didn’t feel like making soup so, I thought to make soupy noodles. I am sick so I wanted to add some vegetables too. My mom used to make it for me whenever I was sick and didn’t feel like eating. I have taken this recipe from her she calls it soupy noodles, I wanted to make it by my own so I didn’t ask her to make it. Moreover, I want to learn how to cook. I am a beginner at cooking so, I am not a great cook. I am learning to cook so that I can cook for myself whenever I want to have something.
Preparing Ingredients
Onions
I have used 1 small piece of onion because I don’t like to have much onions in my noodles.
Cauliflower
Cauliflower is my favourite so you can use other vegetables if you want to.
Garlic
I don’t like garlic at all but for the taste I am adding small amount of garlic.
Green Chilly
I don’t want to have spicy taste because of my cold it makes me cough a lot. So I have taken 1 piece of chilly.
Potato
Carrot
String Bean
Tomato & coriander leaf
ALL READY
As you can see from the view I have small amount of every vegetable.
Noodles
I have used 2 packets of Maggie noodles because I wanted to share some with my parents. But I would prefer you to use 1 packet if you are making it for yourself only.
Tomato Sauce
I have 4 packets of Pran Tomato Sauce and Soy Sauce.
Soybean Oil
Getting the pan ready with oil to fry those vegetables.
It took me like 10 minutes to cut those vegetables because I am not professional. Besides, I am not used to cutting them.
TIME TO COOK
At first I have started to fry the garlic. Then one by one I am going to add all other ingredients.
Then I have fried the onions with the garlic.
I have raised the flame so, that I can cook it up really fast.
One by one I have added all ingredients to fry.
I have decided not to add coriander leaf. I will be adding it in the end.
Fry them for 2 minutes.
Pour 3 cups of water.
Bend and twist the noodles with hands so it won’t take longer time to cook.
I have to pour some water again because I have used 2 packet of noodles. So, the water is drying out earlier.
Leave it for 5 minutes.
This is Maggie masala they give it with the noodles in the pack.
As you can see my noodles are almost cooked.
I have sprinkled 2 packets of the Maggie masala. You can use the flavoured powder that you like.
Use 2 table spoon of Soy sauce.
3 table spoon of tomato sauce.
Mix them properly.
Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
In the end add coriander leaf.
After adding the coriander leaf I have turned off the fire. Finally, it’s cooked properly and ready to eat.
Final Result
It’s very tasty the soup is really delicious. It’s not same as made in restaurant but if you are craving for some then you would like this recipe.
I love noodles with vegetables it can be eaten as snack or meal. Also, it can fill my tummy for a long time. It’s a perfect choice to have noodles when I am sick. Which is very nutritious with vegetables. I don’t know if this is considered as ramen. This recipe is a must try I would say it was very easy to cook it nothing extra I had to do. I just had to cut vegetables which took me long time. I have completed cooking in 20 minutes.
