Good morning guys, we all know that people are now prefering much healthier foods and at the same time is deliciuos food. I have this tufo nuggets that is the best alternative for you chicken nuggets.
Lets start by preparing all the ingredients that we need for this recipe.
Then slice your tufo with a nornal size same as the picture.
Then in a bowl, mix your flour, cornstarch and then salt and pepper for flavor.
Then add water and wisk it until it become cream. It must be thin anf must have this consistency that you like.
Then in a plate, put some breadcrumbs and add paprika into it and some magic sarap for flavoring also.
Then coat your tufo with you batter and roll ii into your breadcrumbs. Do it in all your sliced tufos.
Then ib a pan put some cooking oil in it and fry your tufo with a low to medium type of fire.
When its color us already golden brown, that means that it is already cooked.
And now for your dipping sauce, prepare a bowl and put mayonaise in it and add your minced garlic, sugar and then salt and pepper
Then mix it carefully and then your done. You now gave a healthy alterbative for you chicken nuggets.
