Good morning guys, I'm gonna show today on how to cook this qiuck and easy healthy food for your family. I called this steamed cabbage lumpia. By the way guys, I use giniling in can in replacement for ground pork for it to be quick and easy.
For step is to prepare every ingredients that you needed fod this recipe which I will show you in the photo below.
Next is to mix every ingredients like the giniling, sliced onion and garlic, salt and pepper, flour and then egg and carrots.
Next is to half coom the cabbage and spring onion using warm water.
Then next is to put 1 spoon of the mixture that you made and then wrap it like a spring roll.
Use the sprint onion to tie it around and lock your cabbage lumpia.
Then place it in your steamer, and steam it for like 15 minutes.
Then steam it again for 15 mins and to make sure that it is cooked and then your done. This is the kind of food that i serve to my family and I want them to eat quick and easy healhy food.
